I recently decided to try out the services of Local Agent Finder in my quest to find the right real estate agent. Unfortunately, my experience with the platform was less than satisfactory.Upon signing up, I was under the impression that I would have the freedom to search and explore the available agents on my own. However, to my disappointment, I received an overwhelming influx of phone calls from various agents within just 30 minutes of joining the platform. The constant disturbance and intrusion on my personal time turned out to be an annoyance rather than a useful aid in my search for the right agent.Over the course of four days, I received an astonishing number of calls, each from a different agent. Not only was this excessive and time-consuming, but it also made the entire process more overwhelming and confusing than it needed to be.

If I could give a zero or even -ve stars....... All I wanted to check some genuine reviews for the agents in my area.... and these guys distributed my contact details to all the property agents and I am sick of their calls......received 6 calls in last 10 minutes..... Please delete my details from your registry......

Really happy with the Agent results provided through this service and being able to engage a great agent. This service is incredibly useful and I would recommend it to anyone.

They make you sign up and provide all your information and then do not want to help you.I am a buyer looking to purchase an investment and wanting to compare management fees. The reason for my using them was to complete some due diligence and sort out my figures before potentially making an offer on properties.Was told they can’t help me until an offer is accepted for the property.Seems like they don’t really understand that you need to sort things out PRIOR to making an offer.Was advised I was best to contact the agents myself. Defeats the purpose of their job.

LocalAgentFinder work really well for me. A novice into the landlord world, I didn't know where to start and this tool gave me all the information and selection i could possibly want. Easy to navigate and I very quickly had a selection of agents contacting me to offer their services. Just a matter of meeting a few and then making my choice of who to work with. Was great to be able to compare them all from their LocalAgentFinder profiles. Very happy with this service.

I have just appointed Jacob to manage my property at The Gap. Jacob impressed me by his knowledge of the local area and his honest and forthright suggestions on how to prepare my property best for a rental campaign and for the new tenants. Jacob has been available to me by phone at any time and has promptly responded to my questions and requests. I'm feeling positive and looking forward to working with Jacob after a very disappointing experience with my previous managing agent.

Good comparison site however felt a bit pressured for info to be sent to agents before comparison info visible.Was informed agents would be advised to email (not call) & then received several phone calls.

Fees advertised on site do not match fees provided by agents once in contact (e.g agent recommended with fee of less than 5% actually has a 6.6% fee + extras).Just ended up flooding my inbox and voicemail with agents contacting me that didn't match my requirements. Phone call follow up was nice, but overall a fairly inaccurate and useless service.

LocalAgentFinder was very helpful. It provided all the information to choose our best agent for us. From the time we entered property details to receiving a more than acceptable offer on the property was about 2 weeks. A fantastic service resulting in a great outcome
