I was excited to purchase.I had rung the day before and had a great experience.But on the day found the the service severely lacking and almost offensive.Thank goodness for the young lady working there who was helpful, at least she saved the day.Will shop elsewhere in future though.

What an amazing experience we have had.. We purchased a DS1650 escera gas fireplace and we have received such wonderful service from the initial contact in store, throughout the process, the installation and post service care.. Big shout out to Monique who is an asset to the company she was constantly dedicated to offer a premium service every step of the way. Thank you Monique. Aaron who installed the fireplace provided wonderful and knowledgeable service at our home and gave us advice of the best fireplace to suit our needs. His professionalism on site during installation was second to none. He went out of his way to meet to our specific needs which was so appreciated. This is a great customer focused store. The salesman Mick was great, he knew everything there is to know about the Webers. The store was spread out with plenty to look at, food was cooking for a demo, kids got to try some brownies fresh out of a Weber. It was easy to get a car park. Great place to check out a Weber, & accessories !
