Friendly service. Picked up a nice pair of UGG slip on slippers. the shop seems to be suffering from the staff shortage that is happening at the moment. I still got good friendly service.

After a month of wearing a reasonably expensive pair of casual shoes they are falling apart, I was willing to look past the grumpy staff who seemed more interested in collecting my personal data than selling a pair of shoes, but I definitely wont be back.

Most of the clothes were so expensive, I guess the only way to buy them is online. Sizes aren't all that true through.

Went into rivers on Sunday walked in the shop first impression it looked like it had not been cleaned all year. Try vacuuming the floor .Maybe the older lady who was playing with her phone behind counter should take more notice of the shop.

Overcharged today 80.98 buyers beware buy 2 get 30 % off and buy 2 pay $39 each I was charged full price and no explanation why it happened not happy

I use to like rummaging around in this store until after a serious illness ( I lost my hair) I had one of the girls there question me about my hair ( a wig) and the colour of it. I felt like she was having a laugh at me. I'll nit go back

Ever heard of a vacuum cleaner? Point being, a shop with decent product and a big reputation shouldn't be manned by people who seemingly don't care about the aesthetic.

Best place to shop to get some good fashion items at a good price. River supplies and wide variety of both men's and women's clothing and shoes as well as accessory items. Staff are friendly and provide helpful insights. Located in Central Bairnsdale with generally easy parking. Favorite place to shop.
