Star Car Wash - Eastgate Shopping Centre

Great wash and when I popped back to ask them to relook at the back window they were more than happy to. Turns out it was a residual issue that I hadn’t noticed previously, so not their fault. Great attitude, fast service and would absolutely recommend.

My car was very dirty, the guys at Star Car Wash did a beautiful clean, even doing the tyres & rims ! Thank you for a lovely service, far exceeded my expectations. All my neighbours are asking when i got my new" car ! Thanks to your team my car looks better than when i first got it ! Highly recommended."

5 star for an absolutely job well done! Yesterday was the best car wash I had in a while. Worth the wait for me & my son. My 8 yr old car was so shiny when I came out this morning! Like brand new! Got more than what I paid for. The manager was so generous & approachable. Thanks heaps! Definitely recommended!

Dropped my car in for an external wash, and ended up getting a polish too as it had been a while. They did a great job and also cleaned the interior dash and sprayed air freshener inside. A nice extra touch for an exterior clean. Thank you!

Wash and vacuum for $65. Vacuum ok, but many spots missed. Wash was dismal. Heaps of chemical streaks through dirt that hadn't been properly rinsed off or chamoised dry. Whatever chemical they used took all the polish off the paint work. Also a spider was left on the side of the dash. When these issues were pointed out we were asked do you keep the car in a museum?" The worst service and zero care."

I'm not surprised how clean and shiny my car after I brought it there because I got what I expected. What amazed me are the carwash workers. They're very polite and helpful. Sad I had no cash in my wallet I wasn't able to give them a tip but I'll make sure next time when I come back there. I recommend Star Car Wash Eastgate Shopping Center!

You can’t expect this to be a $149 clean discounted to $129. I do a better job at home!I paid for the plastic to be polished, there is still coffee spilt, the radio has smudges all over it, there is dirt all throughout the car, the Matt’s don’t even look like they have been vacuumed, there is a spider web you pushed into the car and left there! There is hair in here. It’s shocking. The rims still have black on them. Your usual detail is $59. I paid way more than that and I can do such a better job at home. Not happy at all.

I was ripped off!!!And I was scammed.And I will be reporting this to fair trading.I said specifically I want a basic wash inside and out which said on their advertisement board$35-$45. I have a small suv.He said it can all be done for under $25. I was suprised and thought maybe they had a deal.At the end I went to pay they charged me $128!!!!I said to the man that charged me who was a different guy, that his colleague said everything under $25.The other man came back and said no I said $125!!! He lied! I said no he didn’t but he disagreed with me.They both would not let me leave until I paid the $128! So I had no choice but to pay. They mislead me about the price and they surrounded me and intimated me when I tired to pay for the service I asked for which was $45.Please I strongly advise to avoid this place especially if you have an Audi, bmw, Mercedes’ etc.Big lesson learnt!

Very disappointed with the service received from this place. I requested a wash exterior plus wipe down and full clean down inside, cost $65 and took 1 hour 45 mins before I could collect the car, I had already paid for my parking ticket so didn’t have time to have a proper look until I got home, plus the lighting in the carpark isn’t great. Backseat still had marks all over it, there are more smudges on the mirrors, windows and paint work than before I brought it for the clean and the paint is protected so should of been an easy job, my car is brand new and my drivers side mirror has been scratched after the wash at this place. The drivers door is still all marked and wasn’t cleaned. Will not be using again, very poor attention to detail. Avoid at all costs!If you want attention to detail and superb cleaning go to fine shine zetland who really know how to take car of your car.
