Though a bit expensive, it’s worth the price in my opinion. All of the staff are super kind and the zoo is very well maintained. Lots of areas to let kids play as well if parents want to tire them out. Loved seeing all of the beautiful enclosures built for the animals. You’re able to hangout with the kangaroos and koalas as much as you’d like. They were super used to people and are able to have a private rest area where people don’t bother them. Also cool to see the Steve Irwin memorabilia. So glad I got to go!

Best zoo experience we've had. Incredible setting, well maintained, plenty of indigenous animals and strong conservationist messaging. Spent a whole day and could easily return to see more.

Crikey! What an awesome experience! Our family has a wonderful time exploring this zoo, and enjoying all the fun exhibits. They’ve done a great job memorializing Steve. We went at noon, and had plenty of time to watch the shows and see all the animals.

It was really fun and educational for the kids, and we learnt some things too. Our kids had an absolute ball getting up close and personal to the animals. The Otters even waved at my girls and made some cute squeaking noises :) Oh, and Roberts photography is really something else, quite spectacular!

What a zoo!!Not only is it huge but the quality and cleanliness of each exhibit was impressive. The shows were wonderful and I highly recommend you go to them all. It's a very big so, so if you have small children with you make sure to get a pull-trolley which also has storage and drink holders. The food has improved substantially since my last visit.A great family outing and must for all Australians and tourists.

Fantastic legacy Steve Irwin left behind and his family and the Warriors doing such a gr8 job. Continuing to succeed towards that legacy of animal conservation and having such a gr8 zoo and shows alike. My family and I had a fantastic, enjoyable and educational day.

So cool, very large so wear good walking shoes. Animals all had large enclosures and had good viewing options.Food options are very limited but tasty and not too badly priced. We left just before closing and got to have almost the entire kangaroo enclosure to ourselves. Definitely recommend staying later if you can.We hired a pushchair ($20 for the day) and it was worth it.

The highlights of our visit included the cleanliness of the zoo and the impressive nurturing of the environment, which boasts an abundance of trees. My family thoroughly enjoyed the animal shows on offer. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, there seemed to be a limited variety of animals, which was somewhat disappointing. Secondly, the ticket prices felt a bit steep in comparison to the range of activities available.

A great experience. Was very impressed with the park layout. It was great to have a paper map and it was easy to follow. (Other attractions do not offer paper maps) A great range of animals to see and the grounds were well maintained and looked after. A lot of walking so bring some sensible shoes. They did have some disability scooters that you could hire if needed. There was a shuttle that will bring you back or drop you off from the other end of the park.
