We had our car towed yesterday andthe service and pricing was the best we were quoted.Not only did he wait 20mins for us to arrive, he stayed after hours to help and then fixed our car when he towed it home!!What service!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to be towed!!It is hard to find anyone who will go that extra mile - and this company definitely did it!!Amazing!!

George turned up when I was involved in a no fault accident and was very patient, kind and understanding as this had never happened to me before. He towed my car and kept in touch to let me know that he had taken it to my nominated repair centre as listed by my insurance company and that he had the number of a loan car if I needed it. He is honest and reliable and I would recommend him to anyone who needed his service.

Excellent service! Great price for towing! These gentlemen are very polite and understanding, which is definitely important (especially for women) in stressful situations (for example when you find yourself in unfortunate circumstances regarding the removal of your own car). I thought it was particularly impressive that they were available at any time I required them. I have never met such a helpful , compassionate and understanding man like George . My elderly dad had an accident and we had complications with the other party of the incident. He has been so helpful and patient throughout this nightmare. George and Joseph from Wollongong Superior Towing were awesome as always. Very fast response and very supportive giving help and advice to my daughter after her first ever accident. They also helped provide us with a hire car so my daughter didn’t miss work. I highly recommend these guys and wouldn’t go to anyone else.
