Placed 3 bags in an open box with Green collector bag clearly visible next to my letterbox as suggested for a 7 am pick up.At 11 am on arrival back home, box/bags not collected.Rang 11.04 to collector number and was told (recorded) Staff at a meeting

Great service! Not only do they do a good thing by helping people but when my boyfriend accidentally chucked in 5 extra bags that were not meant to be donated, they came back and made sure everything was sorted and returned without any hassle. Very grateful! Especially to the amazing delivery man that was able to see the funny side of the mistake and couldn’t have been a better help! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Booked a collection in, write D a sign placed on bags left on mydoorstep as per website booking instructionsNo one came to collectCalled the following day spoke to Hazel and was told there were no bags to collectI said there are she went off to speak to someone and came back and said that the driver spoke to me and I said that the bags weren’t readyI assured her that didn’t happen or why would I be callingShe said perhaps he spoke to someone elseI said that he couldn’t haveAnyway eventually someone made a typo on our address from their end causing the driver to attend a different address.... but the address she repeated was non existent and also if that was the case I doubt the supposed discussion about the bags not being ready happened as if he knocked on the wrong door they would have just said sorry I think you have the wrong house we didn’t book a collection.Anyway eventually she said someone will come by todayI am really only leaving this comment As I feel some customer service skills could be brushed up on, there was not a single apology for the error on their part, just a rebook timeAnd I felt annoyed that she insisted so many other scenarios occurred which absolutely did not, I’m giving my stuff away for free why would I lie?!Really frustrating conversation and I won’t be donating to them again when there are several others that have done the job properly.

I ordered some insulin pump consumables on 20 May 2016 over the phone as I was getting quite low. In the past I normally have received my order in the post within a couple of days.It is over 3 weeks now and I have yet to receive any supplies. I ran out of infusion kit a week ago and have resorted to using needles and if I don't receive consumables soon, I will have to buy some long acting insulin as well to get by.I rang a week ago and was told it was on back order and they were expecting a delivery that day, but nothing eventuated.I rang again today and was told my order is still pending, however they will try to arrange delivery by express post asap.It looks like I will be waiting nearly 4 weeks since the date of my original order. I tried to purchase supplies from some local NDSS pharmacies but they don't stock insulin pump consumables.While i have found the service in the past to be good, this last time has been totally unsatisfactory. Not being able to use my insulin pump is not only inconvenient but has made control of my diabetes more difficult.

They made it very easy for me to donate my clothing and bric-a-brac. Will use them again!

After sorting and leaving donated clothing out as requested, nobody came to collect the clothing for the whole street, probably whole suburb or more.Its really poor service towards your customers.What do we we with the bags of sorted clothing now?
