I went into the carseldine store this week for some fishing gear for my son and I. We were greeted by friendly staff immediately. Incredibly helpful with an awesome knowledge base and very keen to offer value for money.Can’t recommend them enough.

This is a great location to visit with very helpful staff.I returned a Wanderer beach wagon with a snapped handle weld that was purchased 14 months ago (online).The helpful staff member told me that unfortunately there was only a 12 month warranty on these but she would talk to her manager and see what they could do.She came back with the manager and said they would replace the broken wagon with the newer upgraded model at no charge.This made me feel very confident in buying things from BCF because they care about the performance of their products even if they are out of warranty. I was also very impressed with the helpful staff at this specific location.

When online delivery is done by Star Track, it is much better. If they use Couriers Please, they did not attempt delivery while I was at home.

Lovely service and acknowledgment from all the staff asking if I needed any help. A special mention to the young lady that just started there from another store on the other side of town. She had a bubbly personality and excellent work ethic.

Located close to Bunnings and Supercheap it is very accessible for all to shop in the one complex at Carselsine. This BCF is one of the smaller stores when compared to the BCF in Bundaberg but it has most of the products and what they don't have in-store they can get it in for you.
