BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..... very rude staff. Especially that lady who told us to leave in an incredibly rude tone. We understand, considering the circumstances, that you can only have 4 people in the store... but you could have told us to exit the store in a nice and polite way, especially that we were unaware because we didnt see the sign. You should NOT be working in customer service if you dont know how to treat potential buyers with respect.

So me and my friend went to this stores yesterday to get an earring but when we arrived at the store the young staff there .look at us like head to toe’s when we approached-her and ask if we can try the earrings she just tell us straight that oh no your not allowed to try it on with a rude look .like is it because we’re Asian or she just a young Karen being a racist ? this shop full of discrimination . I went to Warriewood prouds and I ask the staff if we allowed to try it on and they’re happy to let me try on the same items and were much more welcoming. full of discrimination at PROUDS WARRINGA MALL.

I went in here in search of a pair of Cinderella carriage earrings_ they did sell them but obviously they were discontinued I was also looking for something else however, the shop was rather busy, the lady behind the counter could have been friendlier as could her body language, she even pulled a face at me I expected that behaviour from a pre schooler not an adult whose old enough to know better it made me feel as though I was wasting her time so I dashed out of there as fast as I could, very disappointing won't be going back there anytime soon

I purchased an engagement ring to my partner from Prouds and it left us with pure frustration. They broke of a claw that is holding the stone as they resized it (for 2 times, as first time they resized it wrong. And they also charged us twice). They replaced the ring however at pick up I saw that a different claw was bent backwards And damaged this time, they fixed that and the next time I got it back one of the diamonds was missing (even after I asked to him double check if everything was alright, because I didn't want to waste my time again). This whole situation took place over three months time (I purchased it on Black Friday) and left me in the end without an engagement ring, frustration and anger about the poor customer service Prouds is offering.They didn't offer any compensation for the over 3 months of waiting.. We ended up getting it refunded though..If I could give you an advice, please never buy anything from this store or from this guy that works there at Warringah mall.

The best service I have actually ever received! Friendly happy staff. New bright lively place. Big thankyou for helping me out definately went above and beyond! I left the store feeling fantastic and would 100% recommend to others.

Had a really nice time buying a wedding band here. The lady was very knowledgeable and took her time even though the shop was quite busy. We had to come back the next day since we bought our rings in different shops and she remembered us straight away despite busy Christmas times and knew exactly which ring we came back for. That’s what I call great customer service and passion and would recommend to everyone.
