Our sincere thanks to Adam, Fiona & all the staff at Classic Funerals with their warmth & empathy organising the recent passing of our dear Mum. Not only were Classic easy & seamless to deal with but they completed the whole process $1000’s less than other service providers. As per our Mum’s wishes we had a private direct cremation with a memorial at our own home which was personal with our family & friends. We would highly recommend Classic who are professional & very caring at this difficult time.

They are very professional from start to end . Roshni and team were very understanding ,caring , sensitive and thoughtful to make the funeral of my father a wonderful celebration of his life. They helped us a lot to complete the final rituals of his funeral ceremony. Specially Roshni were very supportive, caring and professional to work with at a tough time . I cannot praise Classic Funeral Services highly enough for the way we farewell my mother two years ago.Jill, Andy and the rest of the team was nothing but caring and compassionate during our most difficult time. We were not rushed when we delivered our speeches at the service and even gave our family the opportunity to share mum’s life story.Andy did an amazing job being the celebrant and allowed family and friends to share life stories, memories and happy memories.We were not rushed at all during the planning as Jill and Andy put us first when it came to giving mum the send off that she not only wanted but most importantly deserved.I unfortunately lost my dad five months ago and me and my brother decided to go back to Classic Funeral Service for his send off based on our last experience with mum.I have to say that they did not disappoint as they accommodated the same funeral director as mum’s, as he well as the same celebrant and the same chapel.They even allowed me and my brother to escort the hearse from the chapel. We specifically wanted an unattended cremation (just the ashes) as we had already planned the service. I called the big players - $4k, $5k - I was flabbergasted. Then I called Classic Funeral Service's (CFS) and spoke with Fiona. Aside from being well under half the cost, the speed she worked and over a weekend was hard to comprehend and all went to plan - perfectly at what was a pretty ordinary time for my family. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend CFS.

Fiona and all the people at Classic were professional and caring and my dad’s funeral was individualised and very well organised. I highly recommend them and they cost a fraction of the big companies for the same service.
