If I could put no stars, I would. They loose orders, don't even bother placing orders. The staff in the office have no idea what they sell. Avoid Revolution Roofing if you want your business to actually get anything done. And, they don't care. I called head office and the guy couldn't give me a person to put an offical complaint into. Terrible!

Tried going into the store to make an order. They don't take payment in store so had to wait for an invoice to be sent by email. Which never came despite reminding them twice. Went back into store and placed an order a se ond time.. waited a week for a response only to be told they were out of stock could have told me that when i called the first time.. Wasted 6 weeks chasing invoices of these clowns. Useless

Went to the office to order flashings, get told they have to do a quote before. FAIR ENOUGHT.They have LOST THE DRAWING they have made at the office, so I emailed another one.A week after I’m heading back to the office, they have LOST MY EMAILS.At the end I get told they don’t have coils to do the job anyway.Looks really bad. Don’t loose your time and go to CMI.

First they charged us for some flashings that we hadn't received.We rang them and they told us the colour we had been charged fir was actually out of stock and to email the credit department with a photo of what we had received.We didn't hear anything so I went back in a week later.The lady I spoke to at counter said she was going on lunch and so she would phone me back after her break.She never phoned me.I phoned again the following week. This time my credit card details were taken and I was advised credit would take about a week.Three weeks later still no creditRang back again. Was advised materials now in stock and I could collect my flashings the following Thursday.Went back in on the Thursday only to be advised they had given my flashings to someone else the day before.The lady then had the flashings made in 10 minutes.Two months for a ten minute job.60 bucks worth of flashings that cost me about 500 bucks in down time.

This place is an absolute joke. Good luck with your orders being ready. Not even the decency to advise material is out of stock. Keep yourself and your clients happy. Go to the reputable CMI who actually care about customer service

Products are ok , front desk and taking my money was all quick and efficient . Trying to pick up my completed order was completely hopeless I waited around for half an hour being completely ignored by the half dozen workers I could see other drivers had been waiting for over an hour !! I vote with my feet and will just buy my products from the completion who are cheaper !

They're going bankrupt for a reason. Too many colours. Poor admin
