Cooinda Curtains & Blinds

Just had some motorised blinds installed and I am very happy. From the initial contact and quote through to installation the team have been excellent. I’m glad I went with their color recommendation as it is absolutely perfect and everything exceeds my expectations.

We had an excellent experience with Cooinda Curtains and Blinds, Glenalta. Shawn was on time when he came to quote, listened to our requirements and made some suggestions regarding reducing costs by showing us fabrics on special. He was very quick to take measurements etc and gave us our quote on the spot. He promptly returned to remeasure when we changed our minds re positions of the tracks. Shawn said our curtains would be ready to install 6 weeks from the deposit being paid - and this proved to be exact to the day!Tim the installer was very friendly and clearly knew his trade. He had three rooms of curtains installed in about 2 hours and checked with us before starting each room to make sure he understood our requirements.A very professional job all round from Shawn and Tim. The shop staff were very informative and pleasant in the initial stages when we visited to look at sample materials and kept us updated regarding the progress of our order when required.Thank You Cooinda! We absolutely love our new curtains.

Highly recommend Cooinda Blinds at Glenalta, very professional service by all staff, great advice from Shaun with choice of blinds and colours, very happy with my internal and external blinds. Pricing was very good too. Cooinda was recommended by 2 friends who have used them for curtains and blinds.

Dissapointed with the customer service and overall experience with Cooinda, to the point I’ve had to go elsewhere to get the rest of my blinds installed and have un-referred family and friends. I had blinds installed that ruined my freshly painted walls, it took almost 4 weeks for Cooinda to even get someone back out to fix the problem all whilst letting the blinds cause more damage. In this time I dealt with a staff member and owner who happened to cancel my appointment to have the issue resolved without my knowledge and wasted a half morning off work waiting around with zero communication. When I called to find out what was going on I spoke with Kylie who was happy to blame me for the cancellation and incredibly unsympathetic for the situation. No offer to fix my walls that their blinds caused but happy to take full price for a bad job and horrible customer service.

My partner and I just had our bay window curtains completed and we're so happy with the result. We got 2 quotes from other companies, but Cooinda were by far the best. They went through all our choices in-depth, explained things so we understood exactly what we were getting and were transparent about prices. Compared to the other companies they came back with the cheapest quote! And of course, delivered us a fantastic result.

Shaun from Cooinda did a great job of helping us choose the correct materials for blinds and curtains for our recently purchased home. Despite staffing and supply chain issues with Covid-19, delivery time was reasonable. Their pricing was very reasonable too.You could not fault the quality of workmanship and our home is much better for having these blinds and curtains installed from both an aesthetic and heat retention point of view.The only negative worth mentioning is their communication could have been more proactive. We had to chase them to find out when they expected to complete manufacturing and when installation would take place. Our calls and emails were not getting returned on several occasions. Given delays due to Covid, we would have understood if we had been proactively updated rather than chasing them.Other than this gripe, our purchase was good value. I can highly recommend Cooinda for your window furnishing needs.
