It makes me sad to be the first reviewer of this business because my experience was terrible. The person was aggravated from the start. I could not even understand why he was so angry. I understood that he had a point that my insurance claim might not be accepted in full. But he was so rude and told me to 'stay or leave' within two minutes of my arrival. I could not leave my car with a person who was not even welcoming, let alone friendly. Sorry, mate but being nice does not cost much. I hope it helps.
