Very unprofessional team. Bully clients through inappropriate emails. No head of the team so younger property managers become bullies. Like working with bunch of high school teenagers.

Mark has been an amazing property manager.Right from the start he’s shown an outstanding knowledge of the current market which has ensured a swift turnaround between tenants and a rent that was a true reflection on the value of the property.Mark has always been proactive and informative regarding required repairs to the property to fit current legislation. Is knowledge of this legislation is excellent.

Shocking! Bunch of dilettantes! They rented a property to me with broken heater. Took them three months to fix. They do not show up for scheduled inspections, terrible attitude, unprofessional. Every few weeks new property manager calls. The turnover of people there is fastest I have ever seen. Inexperienced agents. They promise to do something then don't do it. Worst real estate agent I have come across so far.

We were not happy with the way that one of our properties was going to be managed by Luton Tuggeranong. Once Kirsty Neale left, the whole office fell apart. No one had the courtesy to respond to our emails about a new property we wanted them to manage for us. Once I mentioned we were taking our business elsewhere, then they responded with some excuse they were understaffed. Yes, I was aware of this but they made promises they could not keep and it took 2 weeks to get a reply. Landlords beware, do not let Luton Tuggeranong manage your property.

My partner and I started renting with Luton. Home was advertised as one price, then one month later they've added an extra $20 to our rent without telling us, when we have a contract saying otherwise. Spent nearly a week trying to get into contact with our property manager and was just told she'll call you back"

I am glad to say we now have another good property manager that has been on the ball, pro-active and super efficient at getting things done. Thanks Danielle.FYI my first review was 3 months ago and 1 star -> Staff turnover is crazy. Good staff leave quickly. Bad staff is all that's left. I am constantly following them up.""

Jess has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! From the first initial meeting when inspecting our now rental, to following through with every inquiry we throw at her. She takes the time, patience and effort to actually listen to us and help us understand what we’re doing. This is my first time going through a real estate and she made the entire process so simple and easy. Completely unprofessional. Not recommended.We have had 4 property managers in 12 months. As an owner we have had next to no communication from any of them. Emails not responded to and the agent was out when we called.2 months to arrange repairs to a broken water pipe. As a result the sprinkler system was left running over winter so garden plants were destroyed by overwatering.Other maintenance work was reported and not carried out...now the tenants have left we have to arrange repairs ourselves.Spending limit was exceeded twice without notifying us.The list goes on... Do not use this agency for property management.
