Building Inspection Reports

Rodney conducted an inspection for me on a property in Maryborough. The inspection was much more thorough than previous experience with different inspector (on different property)Report was received the following day & Rodney was willing to answer any questions I had from the report.

Sorry but can't give this company a good review, paid for an inspection ( we were interstate) and he only found o few small things wrong with the property. Paid him to re check after the items were supposedly fixed and when we moved up here the items were just boogied up even an amateur would see, then less than 6 months later we find out both bathroom floors were rotten .... cost to us to fix...... approx $15,000... So thanks for nothing Rodney.... DO NOT USE THIS GUY!

We had an inspection done before purchase as we were interstate. Rodney did list items that needed repairs or replacing. The new whirlybird on the roof was full of rust a month later when we arrived and we had rot in the floor. Not happy with the service. Better to fly in and check it out yourself, as it has been a very costly exercise for us.

I couldn’t have asked for a more professional thorough report. Not only was Rodney understanding but explained any issues that came up within the report, full details, photos, nothing was left out. Even taking time to answer my questions when he should have been celebrating his birthday on the weekend and then following up in case I was overwhelmed with the amount of information and offering options or workarounds to ensure I was more informed moving forward. One of those NO SHOW. Just unprofessional making appointments...have to call after him (Marcel) and at the end he doesn't turn up. And has not even the courtesy no let you know! THAT IS JUST RUDE!

Wonderful hassle free experience. Excellent communication and super flexible with fitting us in once our finance was sorted. Very detailed report was received that night with pictures and all. Called to ask and question (as I have very limited building knowledge) and revived a very thorough and knowledge explanation. Thanks Rodney!
