Ordered an item online that was unfortunately out of stock. They called me directly to work out an alternative and offer a refund, such great service! Product arrived fast and was great quality

I am a recurring customer of The Orangerie, as the store offers a great range of hard to find products and competitive prices.However, I have to say customer service is perhaps their biggest attribute, among many. I have been dealing with Laura from The Orangerie and not am I getting swift responses to my questions regarding an order, Laura has also taken the time to discuss my recommendations on new products added to the store. It feels good to know customers' opinions are being heard.

Have mask exemption and was just refused entry. Threw my family out of the shop. My 5 year old and 7 year old in shock along with myself and wife. Supporting your local business is becoming difficult when they do support their community.

So lovely and knowledgeable. I bought a book here that I love and some great skincare. Coffee was great too.

My 5 month pregnant partner pushing our 10 month old in a pram was kicked out by a young female staff for not wearing a mask before the lockdowns, early July. When she told them about her medical exemption she was told that the owner of the business was not accepting ‘any of those’ and she was not allowed entry back into the store. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, unlawful and we will never return. When she told them about their illegal actions, they stated they weren’t going to ‘argue’ and it was the owners decision not to let people with medical exemptions into the business, we have since reported them for this, as it is illegal. I would not recommend this business to anyone, and would recommend to find similar products elsewhere. The irony is their chai she ordered from the window tasted like warm milk as the rude employees couldn’t even make it properly. Well done, terrible service and products.

Easily the best shopping experience this lockdown. Personally clarified a shipping detail and had it in the post within a couple of hours. Thanks Laura.

The Orangerie is a small boutique store, which has some beautiful products, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They make the best chai latte!
