YogaLoka - Natja Wunsch

Natja is an excellent yoga teacher. Great with people of all levels of experience and doesn't judge, only encourages! I've gone to her classes for a few years now and during the Covid lockdowns in Melbourne she really helped many of of through the experience with her online classes. All these classes were put onto Youtube too so I could redo them at any time. When I first started seeing Natja I was recovering from 2 frozen shoulders and chronic lower back pain. She gave me many options so I could participate and gradually I have so much more movement available to me and strength in my shoulders and so much less pain in my back.

Most enjoyable online classes. Feel totally engaged with instructor, the sessions have a theme and are focussed. If you want a focussed, enjoyable and well thought out yoga session which leaves you feeling energised and relaxed look no further.

Natja worked with our staff and primary aged students during the remote learning period via video call. She was incredibly flexible and went out of her way to ensure that what she was delivering, was what was needed during this challenging time. She provided a professional yoga/relaxation program that had a positive impact on our staff and students. :-)

Natja is a wonderful yoga teacher! She absolutely embodies all she teaches & is down to earth, extremely knowledgeable with a generous heart & spirit. Highly recommend!!

I have been a student of Narja's for a few years now, and have even had the privilege to attend one of her retreats in Bali.Natja is a very creative and caring person, teaching a range of different yoga styles from strength classes to restorative. I love the way at times she brings a little bit of playfulness to class. Natja is a very passionate and devoted teacher. Since moving up north I have found it to be such a blessing to attend classes online. Highly recommend.

Natja is one of the kindest people I know. She gathers information to plan a personal yoga session to suit. She gives wonderful advice and has a gift for helping people. Natja engaged by son well even when tired after a difficult day at school to the yoga techniques really calm him.
