Absolutely 100% recommend these guys. From booking in to end of installation was a breeze. The office lady as so helpful and the guys that attended my home for my studio were nothing but professional, friendly and even cleaned up after themselves. If I could give 10 star rating I would. My aircon is the perfect size and runs like a dream. I'm wrapped. Thanks to the Aeromac team for being so GREAT. you all get the tick of approval from me. Ill be recommending you to all my connections.

Not recommended. I logged an on line repair job and received an automated email saying they would contact me.After 9 days without a respose I called them. The office manager was abrupt and unfriendly. She said there was no record of the job and just because I logged a job on line it didn't mean they had received it and that it wasn't her fault. No apology was offered and no explanation was given as to why the system failed . She then made an appointment for the job.When I sent a polite email to the manager of Aeromac expressing my dissatisfaction with the service I had received she cancelled my appointment. Totally unprofessional behaviour.

Too busy to care. Our house was renovated five years ago and we have reached a time where we can finally get AC installed. I mentioned that a pad had been put in and space for ducting was available for installation of duct. At this point I was told that Aeromac would not touch it. Would not even take a look or bother to quote. No discussion.Awsome way to drum up new business guys. You happened to be my first call. I won't be recommending you to anyone. We recently used Aeromac to install a Daikin split system air-conditioning unit at our house, and they were responsive, professional and reasonably priced. We were highly impressed with the service they provided, from quoting through to installation and commissioning. Thank you, Clem!
