Beautiful staff in a beautiful salon. So easy to book online and Emmi was very accommodating. Thank you for my beautiful holiday nails! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back for more treatments.

Unfortunately the new ownership of Maya from Beautyluscious has changed the service dramatically. I had two appointments on seperate days and after the initial was a terrible waxing experience I had to go elsewhere to correct the waxing. I called Beautyluscious to cancel the second appointment after not feeling confident in their ability. The owner returned my call on the day of my second appointment who offered to ‘fix’ the waxing, but I’d already explained I went elsewhere to ‘fix’ it. She got defensive and her behaviour was absolutely rubbish and asked me ‘what do I want then?’. I explained I’d like to cancel my second appointment today and a full refund of the pre-paid booking. The fact she didn’t offer this in the first instance and got defensive shows you how the new owner now runs this once wonderful business. It’s unfortunately ruined. All the original Beautyluscious staff have gone elsewhere so you won’t have the same experience at all. So disappointing a once lovely business in the bay has turned to rubbish.*as you can see from the owners response below, she doesn’t understand even a base level of customer service. Her response is not accurate at all. The business she bought has been ruined.

I Had the pleasure of getting a massage by Matilda today , the pressure was perfect such a firm hand and she made me feel very comfortable about it continually asking if l need anything and if the pressure was good. The salt scrub on the back was amazing. Would highly recommend Matilda or any of the girls at Maya Beauty.

I’ve been getting my eyebrow waxing with Kiara for nearly 12 months now and I find her service really awesome. Kiara is so professional and such a pleasure, I love coming in to see her, I really look forward to being pampered by Kiara. Thank you Kiara :)

I highly recommend Jess for Botox, not only is she highly professional but extremely friendly and easy going and makes the process really relaxing especially if you're nervous like me on my first consultation.I wouldn't trust anyone else other then Jess with my Botox injections.Recommend 10/10

I got the custom package, I chose eyebrow wax and tint, facial and oil scalp massage. I wish I could rate this place 10 stars! The ladies at reception were so welcoming and warm. My beautician, Kate, did a fantastic job! I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! I will definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends! Thanks again ladies!
