I got my new skates heat moulded today and the staff were really lovely and helpful!

I love popping into the Pro Shop to see what's new! The staff are super helpful and even at busy times are always happy to help me find what I want in the right style and fit. Been getting my gear there from nearly 4 years now and really happy with the range and ease of ordering if I'm looking for something special. Highly recommend :)

I had Trish help me out with getting some new blades, was a very easy experience she knew exactly what a needed and went out of her way to get them ready for tonight, will definitely be coming back great customer service

Ice hockey gear, skate sharpening, expertise knowledge- Myskate ticks all the boxes! The staff there are friendly and know their stuff. I met a lovely lass called Marina who helped find the perfect hockey stick for me, as well as give me some advice on what protective gear to invest in. I will be back there for sure!

Had a great experience here, the girl that helped me (I think her name was Marina) was super patient with me being a beginner ice player. Helped me determine the best stick for me and also answered a bunch of questions in regards to flex and size. Will be going back for sure to get a new set of shin and elbow pads

Been shopping here for years and have always had a good experience. The staff there are very kind and knowledgeable, as most of them actively play, or even coach ice sports. It is definitely the best ice skate shop in Perth.

mySkate Pro Shop seems to only be helpful for getting stock items such as gloves.I do not buy boots and blades, or have them mounted here because of the price markup, stolen screws, and rude management.The store staff are friendly and try to be helpful but I have had bad experiences with the people not in store. I have had two pairs of Edea boots mounted, one pair with blades and a few years later, another with inline skate frames. They have used non-Edea screws on both occasions and did not return me the Edea screws that were in the box with my Edea skates.My experiences with the management have not been positive. They are very dismissive and rude. They came to talk to me after the store staff had listened attentively to what I wanted. They proceeded to dismiss my concerns and then leave while I was in the middle of explaining my issues because I did not buy my boots from their store. I understand not helping me customize my boot to fit better as I did not buy from them, but their attitude has dissuaded me from buying from this store in the future.

As my love of skating has evolved from an occasional visit to the ice I decided to get a pair of my own skates. politely greeted at the door, the two young ladies at the desk were fabulous! They walked me through how the boot should fit, what type of boots best suited my situation and the best colour pairing of laces to boot colour.I will be definitely coming back as they always have what you need!

Passionate and committed is rare to find these days but I personally received plenty of love from the young team at mySKATE. The team working there knows their stuff, they advise what is needed based on your circumstances and not what is required to make a quick buck. What they lack in inventory, they make it up with their friendly services and their expertise in the fields of ice hockey and figure skating. Come and shop with them knowing that you will get the best advise, service, or just a good old friendly conversation.
