We required a bathroom renovation in a hurry due to a family member who had limited mobility coming home from hospital. Simon was knowledgeable, sympathetic to our particular requirements, and his quote was very competitive. Other contractors we received quotes from realised our situation and knew they could take advantage and the quotes reflected that, due to the time frame And the fact we didn’t have time to shop around.Simon did the opposite. He gave genuine advise even if that resulted in some cheaper options, he understood and cared about why we wanted this bathroom and how it would be used, I was also extremely impressed at his attention to detail, He worked with us to create a functional bathroom that met all of our needs, and it also looked great, with features and details I had not even considered, all of this while working to a tight deadline.

We would highly recommend Simon for any bathroom renovations as he is very methodical and professional in all aspects of his work. Simon is very polite and easy to deal with. We look forward to dealing with him again for our other bathroom.
