Heritage Mitsubishi

Our experience with Heritage Mitsubishi at Maitland was just so good, I still can't believe it. Never liked dealing with car salesmen but this was so different. After visiting another dealer in Newcastle the previous day I just wish we had gone straight to Maitland instead. Wonderful service.

The worst retail experience I’ve ever had.There was No professionalism as I could hear the service department ridiculing and belittling me after their mistake when booking my car in. Rebecca was horrible to deal with and did not care about customer service at all.I would never return the heritage Mitsubishi Maitland.

I have a 10 minute warranty job. They recommend not driving my car til it's repaired but won't look at it for 3 weeks and expect me to leave it there. Terrible!

Unfortunately let down by service department and extremely poor customer service. After two cancellations due flood and COVID rebooked for 10am. Advised by service manager they would not be able to service the vehicle today. No courtesy car, just make your own way home. We live an hour away. No professionalism or ownership. Very disappointed Heritage.Taints what otherwise is a great car.

My Triton with only 28,000km on it and serviced as per log book went into limp mode in Maitland 17/2/23. NRMA roadside mechanic believed it to be a warranty issue with the intercooler. Called maitland mitsubishi. They said bring it in.. I had it towed there..to prevent any damage. Service department said it will be 2 to 3 weeks before they even look at it. What choice do I have. Risk further damage?? It has 28,000km on it, no car for 2 to 3 weeks. No offer of a courteous car. Stuck 4hrs from home..friday afternoon care factor zero. The car was bought new, under warranty. Is that the best a large dealership can do. We are a single car family. Maitland mitsubishi has an opportunity to redeem themselves. The car is still at the dealership.

Took work car in for service. First person in the door in the morning and they still took 2.5 hours to complete the first service. They took it straight in and a minor service should be a 10 minute job. To do a few other checks and a quick road test couldn’t take more than an hour. God knows what the staff were doing the rest of the time. Really disappointed with the lack of respect for my time

Had just purchased a brand new triton and Todd and Aidan were looking after me, even with me calling every 2 weeks to see when the car was coming in would highly recommend

I was very happy with my experience in purchasing a Pajero Sport from Heritage Mitsubishi at Maitland. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. In particular Jatinder was a great salesman to deal with because he was not pushy and let me take my time and buy the car without any pressure. Well done to the team!
