I was impressed with the professionalism of Agostinho, he clarified many questions we had and helped us to think of the best path we can go through to increase our chances of getting a permanent visa in Australia, all at the expense of what I consider to be a reasonable and fair price. He made sure to search for any further information we needed and after our consultation he sent us a very detailed report about everything we had discussed and with his recommendations for us, everything written personally to us, which made us feel highly regarded and that he was really considering our individual needs. He also called us on the next day to ensure we were happy with his services and asking if we needed any further clarifications from him.
