Very informative and welcoming experience. Lot of parking space at the entry. Public washrooms inside. Wines are available along with many souvenirs. A signature wall to take memorable pictures and break area in open green landscape is cherry on top. A dummy hot air bloom inside was highlight for our kids.

Hands down the best info centre I've been to. A must stop before planning your hunter valley adventures. The gentleman at the counter gave us a map, drew out a lovely plan, and filled us in on all the historical significance as well, which made our stops all the more meaningful. He was across all kinds of current happenings in the area too, lovely experience.

Fabulous info centre full of local produce as well as brochures/maps of the Hunter Valley wine country. Friendly, helpful staff and great coffee in tbe adjoining cafe. Support our locals and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

⭐️The Hunter Valley Visitor Info Centre is well appointed, offers wine tasting, has a cafe next door, but most importantly staffed by a team that is exceptional!⭐️The HVVIC team are super friendly, and well versed for all things happening in the Hunter Valley to evoke all the senses (events, markets, restaurants, wine tours / tasting, horse riding, and lots of kids activities). Don’t hesitate to pop in to say “hi”.Really random sell delightful artisan art, jewellery, jams and hand made cards by local Rotary club.

By far the best information centre we have ever been to. Lots of local products and gifts in the shop. Definitely worth a stop even if you’re a local and the coffee shop is open again too! Big thanks to Alice, what fantastic customer service. Very helpful and had great suggestions of new places for us to try. She even made our reservation for lunch so we didn’t have to worry. We have not been to the Hunter Valley for a while and your advice was absolutely perfect. Great experience

Very helpful staff... impressive layout if you are a wine tragic!..The cafe was shut when we arrived..the helpful staff directed us to go to the Resort up the road which was an excellent tip!

Geoff and Rachel were so lovely and welcoming. Geoff planned basically our whole holiday for us and made everything so easy. He mapped it all out for us and was so friendly. Thank you you made our holiday so wonderful! :)
