I got the Brisket Cheeseburger.Wow, was it good.They have made patties out of brisket and then char grilled it again. You get a really good smoked flavour in the meat and it tastes great.You get a decent sized burger patties which makes it a good sized burger.Along with their large juicy pickles, cheese, mustard and sauce of you choosing.I also got the side of fries and they compliment the burger really well.

Thank you for a great tasty meal. Very big Bouquets and Accolades to the staff on the day. We took our clients there and on the day their staff making the food were smashed with orders. They took it in their stride and managed to get us all served. Fantastic tasty food. Big thank you to all involved. The Staff need a payrise!

The warm ready to eat brisket and gravy single pie had large chunks of beef and tasted delicious, coffee at 7am tasted great too.Would love to see a few more selections that vary with other meats please.The fridged meat was quite high in price but looked of great quality.Parking directly out the front and I appreciated the early opens.

Be nice if you could update your website with your opening times.It says on your website that you open at 5am.I turn up at your locked up shop at 5amAnd some tired Sheila is walking around inside setting up table's and chairs and just looks at me.In the mean time im still standing there patiently waiting and then notice a note stuck up in the corner of the doorWe open at 6am for retail...!Thanks for wasting my time and tell your tired waitress to show a bit of enthusiasm and come to the door and inform me, instead of just looking through the glass doors at me like lost tired human being...!!!!!

Fantastic, big serves of tasty food. Then there is the massive range of sauces and rubs. Take a small cooler/esky as there are some great pre cooked pies, wings, steak etc.

One star deducted for selling out of pies before lunch time and for the small size of the pies.I was back in Newy for the day yesterday so I had to hit up Full Throttle as I have heard so much about them. I arrived at 11.45 and all the pies had sold out! So, I grabbed a frozen 4 pack of brisket, jalapeno and cheese (and some kransky's) and took them home to Port Macquarie. I have a car fridge/freezer now so no troubles there. I had a peek in the box as I loaded them into the home freezer. These are a good looking pie.So lunch today. These are a small pie weighing just 200 grams making them one of the smallest pies I have reviewed. At $8.25 per frozen pie, they need to be good. And they are! Lots of visible cheese and jalapenos. The brisket and gravy was superb. The puff pastry top and shortcrust base held together well. This was a 9.5/10 pie and probably the best brisket,jalapeno and cheese pie I have had.

I have been here on a number of occasions. Depending on what you choose will make your experience. The cheeseburger is average and probably won't have you coming back. The excitement of the store might see you get in there, prices in the store are more than reasonable. The pick for me is definitely the Texas style brisket burger with appleslaw and spicy bbq. Just the right amount of heat to enjoy it. For those looking for super spicy you will need to be specific. The average punter cannot handle a lot of spice so you are special. The prices in the menu are the same as every where else. $15 for a burger and $3 for fries with it. Not a bad place to stop in and grab a quick bite. Staff are friendly but definitely didn't want to make friends. If you are going to go here. The brisket is definitely the pick. I will return when I am in the area but won't be making a specific trip to go here.
