Jessica was very knowledgeable & helpful in guiding me to pick what was best for our situation. Everything I asked for was easy for her to do and she bent over backwards to help me. She gave me a 5 star American customer service!!! I was in & out of the shop in 15 min's she was so efficient.

Thankyou Cortney :)Wonderful Customer service by Cortney and a massive shout out and thankyou to the gentleman who carried the toilet suites to my car for me :). 5 stars for you bothCortney was just wonderful in helping my husband and i.(I had an extremely bad taste in my mouth from the worst customer service experience at the Reece bathroom life store at Castle Hill store that same morning and a phone call to Cortney from the Thornleigh store was just a fresh breath of air assisting us with what we needed and was so kind and friendly). Well done to the team at the Thornleigh store that's what you call 5 star customer service

I had made a phone enquiry prior to coming in. The phone and my questions were answered quickly.There's ample parking outside, and a well maintained showroom. Cortney was very helpful and informative. Answered all our questions and she's very knowledgeable.The products are all high quality... Didn't make me feel like a weirdo for wanting to sit in one of the bathtubs so I could get a feel for it.
