Extremely poor customer service skills by reception staff. What a horrible experience.

Well, wasn't this place an unexpected treasure of care. Had the misfortune of needing their expertise but had the great fortune of having very adept, friendly, understanding and definitely well skilled allied health care people attend to me. Wish I lived closer to have more regular treatment. Highly recommended

I saw Tharindu regarding my Physio in recovering from a dislocated knee - he was very confidence inspiring, lovely to deal with and he explained everything really clearly. I was listened to and understood, overall, a perfect example of a professional consultation. Highly recommend.

As always very welcoming reception staff who do their best to give you an appointment asap. I am very satisfied with consultation and assessment carried out byPysiotherapist, Tharindu, who identified and very simply explained the minor issue I'm having.I found him to be very capable, respectful, pleasant and very thorough. He has given me a couple of simple exercises to do at home, which he took me through to make sure I was able to do, and which activity to avoid in order to correct my problem in the next couple of months. This is the second issue I've had physio treatment for and will return should I have any future issues. The fees at the practice are reasonable and there are other health care professionals there in addition to physiotherapists.

I've been to the Lake Health Group whenever I've had physio needs over the years. Have always got great service, with a clear treatment plan that has worked for me. They know their stuff.
