Echo had beautiful accessories displayed in their window which is why I went inside. I didn't buy the accessories- gorgeous blues that are fashion, however, I did buy some shoes!What disappointed me was they don't make shoes with extra width. They are known for comfort shoes and larger sizes, so why not extra width.Almost all of my shoes are from a competition shoe store who offer extra width as well as larger and smaller sizing.On the positive side, the sales assistant was happy to allow me to continue to try on shoes even though the store had closed.What a pity about limiting your customers to the ones with standard foot width.

Went in looking for a pair of shoes for my grandmother and was served by Javier. He went above and beyond to source the correct shoes in her size and colour. Fantastic service will definitely return.

The Danish designed footwear and small leather goods including bags, wallets and other accessories such as belts are definitely of exceptional quality and very stylish. They are sold at a number of retail shoe outlets but the 25% off full-priced items and the further 10% off sale items at this ecco owned and managed store during the store's Black Friday weekend sale was certainly an incentive to visit. A great product range in a well laid out store.

Good customer service right until your product turns out to be faulty. I have spent weeks attempting to resolve an issue with a pair of boots (purchased at a hefty price) where the extremely sharp eyelets in the right boot shreds laces within a day or two.Ecco have already provided me with replacement laces and the exact same issue happened again; laces shredded and snapped within a day or two.After bringing the boots in to the store they were assessed" I was told that that no fault was found

When recently dealing with ECCO Camberwell and their customer service I was not only treated promptly and professionally but all staff provided an extremely high level of service. Alex was especially attentive and knowledgeable. The products are great but caring service is indeed rare.
