OWNER TROY was great to deal with as were all hisworkers who completed our new 7 x 4 new poolbuild.The ladies in the office were always available to talk and discuss anything with about the building segments an what to expect. We built our new home with the pool as part of the contract with the builder. We had a good idea of what we want, but the experienced team at Factory Pools helped us to fine tune our needs. The worst part of the whole process was having to wait until the very end of the built, to see if we had chosen wisely. The end product met all of expectation, and more. Our thanks to the whole Factory Pools team, we will be enjoying our pool for years to come.

Absolutely spectacular the whole team were fantastic from start to finish. Equipment supplied is top notch and work done is faultless. Michelle and Tara were amazing and help so much. Along with every other crew that attended.

After doing a lot of comparisons with different pool builders we decided to go with Factory Pools. What a great decision. No only did they beat all the other builders on price by thousands of dollars, our resulting pool is amazing. We are thrilled with the outcome! Highly recommend them!

The whole process was carried out in a timely and professional manner. The end result is great and we are absolutely loving the pool. Communication throughout the process was excellent. All trades coming on site were efficient and friendly.After sales service is also very good. We had an issue which we reported in the morning and it was resolved the same day.I have no hesitation in recommending Factory Pools.

As part of this project we shopped around for Pool builders, as we where on a budget we looked at price first, Factory pools came in thousands under the rest and we thought they must not be that good then so then we looked at customer reviews, Factory pools had lots of good reviews so we took the plunge. They where great from start to finish, they explained each stage so we really understood how the process would go and they put as at ease by happily answering all our questions. They do this everyday and we have done it just this one time and they gave us much needed advise. Each team of people we dealt with where fantastic, from the guys who dug the hole to the ladies in the accounts department and everyone in between. We would happily recommend them every time. Bizarre experience dealing with Factory Pools, trying to get a lap pool built in our garden. Initially spoke with Michelle, who was lovely and very helpful. She booked Troy in to come take a look and provide us with a quote. Troy duly came out and spent about an hour with us, measured things up, took down notes and said he'd get a quote to us later that day or the next day.When I hadn't heard from him after 4 days I sent him an email. No response. The following week I called chasing the quote and left a message with the lady who answered for Troy. He emailed a few days later asking what size pool we wanted, suggesting a small one that certainly wasn't a lap pool. I emailed back telling him what we wanted and reminding him off our conversations in our garden. Guess what? No response.I just don't know why he bothered wasting his time and mine. I was clear about wanting a lap pool right from the outset, but Troy still came out to quote when it's very obvious that Factory Pools have no interest in building anything other than quick and easy little pools. If you want anything out of the ordinary, don't waste your time.

If I could give zero stars I would. It took six weeks to get an on site quote which is understandable given the current climate so I understood the wait. A few days before the quote I get a phone call from Troy (the owner)asking if he could attend that day. I was not working so I agreed to meet him in an hour. I told him I had to wake up two kids and give four kids breakfast before I could meet him there. Went out to the block on time and after half an hour of waiting called him. Told me he got held up and wasn’t far away. Turned up 10 minutes later. Apologised initially saying he got caught up on the phone (pretty sure hands free would have worked in this instance). It was at that point that instead of saying that’s okay, I told him it was an inconvenience as he was the one who rang me (silence from him). Anyway, moved passed that and he did the quote (or so I thought). Three weeks went by….nothing. Rang their reception to follow up, they said they would chase it up for me. A few days later I get an email from a different employee, simply stating, thanks for your time, Troy has advised we are unable to quote you at this time. What the!? We wanted a 12x5 pool with extras and heating with an infinity edge. What that isn’t sufficient for a quote!? Rang again and asked for a reason as to why we wasted 2 and a half months. Just told, it’s up to Troy who he quotes for. Well after being recommended by three friends, I would never use this company. It’s clear there is so much work on, it seems to give him the right to be rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Good business model, until times get tough.
