I found all staff...reception & technical...very helpful & obliging & Dr Chyi is of exceptional character. Clean well laid out premises with good amenities. Only negative may be patking

I can see a lot of negative reviews for this branch and I have to set the record straight - this team is nothing short of awesome. Wait time was minimal, Clay the sonographer was so lovely, and the girls at reception bent over backwards to ensure my results were reported promptly.As a nurse myself I can appreciate the qualities that are important to patients and can see you deliver a great service for the community.10 stars if I could!!

Radiologist was fantastic.Reception staff dismissive. A hello and a smile would not go astray. Difficulty locating lift from car park. Needs to be clearer signage. Parking fees very confusing.

Lovely caring medical centre. Always feel at ease and comfortable.

Directions to get to Lumus Imaging Ipswich via car... go up the ramp on the LHS of Life Without Barriers. Follow carpark driveway around to the right and find a parking spot. Gain access to Lumus Imaging Ipswich (located inside the Limestone Centre) via the lift located to the RIGHT of the disability parking bays on the rooftop carpark (currently the external walls of the lift well are painted purple). Take the lift down into the centre and you'll see Lumus Imaging Ipswich as you exit the lift around the front left corner.I had a mad time trying to find the location of Lumus Imaging Ipswich and had to call for directions. Even after doing so.. I (silly me) walked the ramp down as I couldn't locate the lift.Lumus Imaging Ipswich... easy to book over the phone, staff were clear on costs (OOP (out of pocket) expenses), and... were lovely in helping me with a face mask as I proper forgot to take one out of the car with me.I didn't get any staff names however that wasn't necessary as ALL of the staff present (from front desk to back-of-house) were attentive, kind, and professional.Thank you Lumus Imaging Ipswich (sorry for the one star deduction - only based upon the challenge (for me) in trying to find where you were exactly).

I waited almost an hour past my appointment time and for some reason many people that came in after me were seen and gone while i was still there waiting. They told me my results would be sent to my doctor within 24 hours. Saw my doctor the next day and nothing was sent to him. My doctor called requesting my results and they said they didn't even have it reviewed and finalised so it could not be sent yet. It was more than 24 hours at that point and nobody even looked at my results? Unprofessional.

Went in for my morphology scan on time. After 20 mins of waiting they moved us to a separate room where I thought we’d meet my sonographer. After waiting another 20 mins my toddler was getting tired and I just couldn’t understand why we were still waiting. I asked reception and they bluntly told me my appointment wasn’t until 11:40 (which was not true). I had booked an earlier time deliberately so I could make my other appointments and my daughter could sleep on time. There was another person in the waiting room who had also had their appointment time messed up. They didn’t seem to care, but assured me it wouldn’t be much longer. After another 15 minutes we finally went in but my daughter was over it by then and needed to sleep. The sonographer wasn’t very apologetic and came off rude when we asked if we could try to see the gender first, so my husband could see before he left. My husband had to leave rather quickly to settle our child as we had been waiting for SO long. What was supposed to be a special time was ruined by incompetent and unfriendly staff. Do not recommend.

Very professional staff. Had my daughters OPG done by the student radiographer. He was very nice and helpful in explaining the procedure. Keep up the good work.

Failed to tell me to be there half an hour before appointment. Then after waiting for an hour tell me it's still another 1/2 hour before I'll be seen. Not happy. Lack of communication!

Very, very unhappy. After a 1/2 hour trip (each way) being driven by my husband I was told “Oh things have changed. The doctor can’t see you even though you have an appointment.” After much much scrambling by the reception staff an appointment in a weeks time at another location we were told that was the best they could do. I should bill them for the two plus hours time taken from our lives. This also means another week of knee pain for me. Lummus - this is not good enough. A simple phone call to me could have avoided some this problem.
