As usual the best and fairest price on items purchased. Q: Do competitors not monitor their own pricing? Blatant mark ups and price gouging from the opposition is their loss. Do they not think consumers price check before outlaying the hard earneds?

Probably the best customer service I've had the entire year. Sean (hope I got the right name, receipt says I was served by Sean) had a trainee nametag but he was a pro when it came to customer service. Thanks to his assistance, I was in and out of the store within 10mins. Helped me check if there was stock available, checked the pricing and when he saw the trolley was overflowing with my purchases, he even helped me carry the boxes to the car! Stellar service, thank you!!!

Good store but you should be aware about prices before pay. there are four price categories for the same item. 1. Store price 2. Online price 3.Members's price 4.Repeat delivery. AT the counter they do not offer best price unless you ask. You can save money($$) by doing this. Before visiting the shop check Petbarn online . You can get a better deal this way. If they not help contact customer support.
