Susie was a joy to work with, and is very approachable to talk to on the phone when discussing your landscaping designs. Compared to other landscape designers who want to charge you for communicating with them, with Susie this is just part of her great service and she is extremely customer focused. She makes the whole experience enjoyable, and she is very in tune with the various council requirements and covenants. I have had the joy of using Susie's services twice in 5 years, and it was great to see she is still the same approachable person to deal with as 5 years previous. If I ever had to build a third time, heaven forbid it doesn't have to happen again, but if it did Susie would definitely be designing my landscaping again. Great price for a great service for a lady with great knowledge of her industry.

Susan is so professional and knowledgable with her landscape design. She is honest and have great communication with us(Jin and Yiying). She designed our garden in a professional way and gave us suggestions with driveway concrete and garden bed. She is responsible and understand our needs, offer us opportunity to choose which plant we want from few choices she gave us....I can't recommend her more. The final result is perfect, the garden is nice and low maintenance. I wish to meet her soon even not because of a garden thing.

Susan did 2 designs for us. One to meet CDC and council requirements and another 'ultimate' one with far more planting and hard landscaping for when finances allow it. Susan was persistent in working with the builder, hydrolic engineer and certifier to ensure our plans met requirements. We are very grateful to Susan for this and her beautiful designs. We can't wait to see the garden planted.
