No fault of the staff... but enforcing mediation with an individual while holding unequal power in relation to the duty and care of a child is a waste of time.For proper dialog to actually begin both parties are required to have automatic shared responsibility and shared time.This entire process is a waste of time if your partner is abusive and they kidnapped your child prior to the negotiations. This just reinforces the disassociation we have between family law and family violence such as parental alienation.

I was in a very bad way , resentful, entitled , depressed, with an ivo in place , barring me from seeing my little girl. I felt I had no options left, having consultations with numerous counsellors, and a psychiatrist, I tried everything from medication to cognitive behavioural therapy. Nothing helped.Muktesh and the team showed me nothing but compassion and humility. She gave me some very effective ideas.incredibly insightful methods of not only coping, but changing the course of my life. I highly recommend anybody struggling to contact the team. The sooner the better.
