Most caring car mechanic ever!! As we’re backpackers we’ve had some serious problems with getting our engine running and they just helped us, even though they actually had no free minutes left. Had the best of luck during our roadtrip to break down in front of Master Mechanical. They were super busy, but the shop looked like a very neat and well run workshop. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help us. They looked at our car immediately and came up with a solution to our problem so that we were back on the road in no time.Overall a 10/10 experience during a stressful situation.Highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area.

Although always extremely busy, they always take the time out to go through what they've done and address any concerns. What a fantastic bunch of blokes here at MM Master Mechanical who are only too happy to help someone out who is having sudden car issues while travelling through town .I was just outside of Sarina when suddenly I had severe car trouble . I slowly limped my car into Sarina only to immediately notice a big sign which read 'Master Mechanical' .. and boy was i relieved .After pulling my vehicle up the drive I noticed how busy they seemed . The mechanic shop was full with guys busy working .I thought , they are not going to have time to bother with my problem being as busy as they were , but decided to walk into the office none the less .To my surprise and relief the 'master Mechainic' Warren immediately and without hesitation came out to my vehicle to check it out .The bonnet was lifted and in no time he was showing and explaining to me the problem . I was lucky to have got the car in before the engine seized .He then said he would happily fix it straight away , right there and then as well as clean the whole engine bay from engine oil everywhere as it was smoking badly .He was a brilliant mechanic who got the job done as quickly as he could for us as he understood how frustrating it is to have something happen to your car while traveling.Within an hour , car was fixed and I was again on my way .I would highly recommend WARREN and all the fella's who work so diligently for their customers .Well done MM MASTER MECHANICS .

Honestly can't say anything bad about the service. I've had multiple services done to my car and it always comes out feeling brand new. Not to mention SO clean as they do that too as a bonus. They never try to push things on me and is always honest about the problem and how to go about it. 10/10 would recommend.
