Best gym I have been a part of! This is the first gym I have ever felt comfortable in, which has allowed me to stay consistent in my training and push myself in ways I usually wouldn't. After almost a year here, I still look forward to coming in every morning to train. It can be owed to the incredible staff who are always welcoming, the atmosphere created in the gym itself and supportive community of people who train here. Couldn’t recommend it any more.

This a fantastic gym that caters for all types of people. 3 separate rooms/areas that cater for those that want to lift weights, use weight machines or use cardiovascular equipment. They offer group classes that are welcoming to all. Great atmosphere. Great trainers. Value for money

PDHQ has been the best gym I’ve been to hands down. Such a member focused and orientated atmosphere, everyone is accepted and welcomed. The staff are super friendly and supportive and always up for a chat and ready to help out anyway they can. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced gym goer PDHQ is where your fitness journey will start!

Stumbled on this gym when I moved to Townsville. What an amazing find; its friendly, inclusive, no attitude place with great equipment and clean. The best feature is the fantastic staff, they will work with you to help you meet your health goals. Easy to sign up, with no pressure sales and incredible ongoing support.

Best gym in Townsville. Great space and equipment. Friendly staff and excellent personal trainers. Paul is a great bloke and this attracts great staff and customers.The gym is always clean and tidy. It has such a great range of equipment.Really supportive environment full of people at all different fitness levels.Great job Paul and team you have the best gym in Townsville! Possible Queensland!!!!!

Such an awesome gym to train in, locally owned, great value for money across all their membership offerings, friendly, approachable & supportive staff, all the equipment you could need and friendly welcoming members.Can not recommend the gym highly enough for anyone, starting out through to advanced athletes.

Definitely the best gym I ever been to. Friendly and enthusiastic staffs, hygienic environment ,plenty plenty of good quality equipment and certainly one of the best coach/ manager Paul organizing everything.The only thing I can pick on is the location that cheese factory situated next door.

Love this gym so much and would highly recommend for anyone looking to join. Everyone is so friendly and the trainers are incredibly supportive. So many classes to choose from too! I was quite nervous before joining but it has been such a positive experience.
