Had an ongoing issue with a Hansgrohe Metropol kitchen mixer with pull out spray head purchased in 2008 which would start leaking after twelve months or so - Bathe bent over backwards to fix it but the mystery problem persisted so in January Hansgrohe Australia replaced the whole unit and paid for the installation via a Bathe technician. Very happy with both companies for their integrity, excellent customer service and warranty backup.Thank you!!
