Do yourself a favor! Highly recommend having a chat with Shannon regarding having your ski's fitted with seat straps & hood bungees. Having up ended my ski at the mouth of the Tweed River bar in big surf is no fun with the added stress of worrying about either the hood opening or one of the seats coming off prompted me to get the bungees and strap's installed for added peace of mind. The photo of the ski going out to sea and sinking is fortunately not one of my ski's, rider was rescued & OK but not a nice sight to see.

Purchased a jet ski new which was a frustrating process. Decided to sell after 20 months and in immaculate order and they offered half what they sold it for. Another decent jet ski shop paid 50% more than Gold Coast wave raiders offered. Don’t be so greedy boys and take a look at your negative feedback as it all relates to being miserable on price. I was never told you had EXRs in stock. I was told that you had to make a profit and that was what the price you offered was based on.

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone regarding servicing and parts. He had no time for me at all and very arrogant towards me as I didn't know a great deal about this particular ski. Will never spend cent with them.

Fantastic after sales service.I was out on water and noticed I had a small leak in my engine cooling flushing system, I thoughtI'd lost an Oring. Chris from GC Waverunners said to bring ski in so they could double check the system.Problem was the 1 way fitting that you plug the flush attachment was failing, it had become a 2 way fitting, if the cap blew off whilst riding I could have sunk the ski.The boys not only replaced the part for free, but did it on the spot so I could get back on the water that day.Man I wish car dealers were this awesome.Also when I purchased the skifrom them, I just walked in off the street, said I'm interested in a new ski.I was on the water less than 24hrs later.AMAZING

I just bought a new 2022 Ski from Chris and his team. Really good guys to deal with and are more than happy to help you before during and after purchase. Despite the possible timeframe issue rumours the boys had me out in less than 4 weeks on my brand new FX . I would highly recommend buying your ski through these guys and a bonus, you’ll get a real Jetski. Yammy all the way boys! Thanks again Shane and Chris .

We had to replace the liner on 1 of our FXSVHO's due to salt build up, hence we now spend a lot more time making sure the internals get a really good wash after every ride. We also take the time to drive down from Bundaberg to have all our 3 FX SVHO's serviced every 50 hours, wouldn't trust any other team of technician's to service our ski's given we head out to the Coral Island's off 1770 frequently. PEACE OF MIND is worth every $ spent!!!

These guys are amazing! We bought a 2022 fx cruiser - wife and I went out yesterday morning but jetski wasn't picking up out of the water for some reason. We immediately took back to our dry dock called up the shop and within an hour they picked it up. They called us this morning - plastic bag got inside the pump - they removed it and did a full service at the same time on the jetski . We have arranged to bring back an put on our dry dock 11am today! Super impressed with all the staff and the level of communication. Cheers guys
