A wonderful place to camp with big open camp area's, wild horses wondering around and amazing views. Only provide there isn't a toilet. There is one at the look out but it's a 10k drive so you'd have to take your own.

Great if you want to go four wheel driving. There's a couple of good lookouts. I thought the road there from Cania gorge was more picturesque.

Stunning area to visit, quite remote, though. A memorial for a WW2 plane crash sobering. Trip from Monto up the escarpment very interesting country

Kroombit Tops is an absolute must! The lookout- wow!If you're looking for a night to stay, stay at the Griffith camp site it's beautiful - large, grassy areas with fireputs supplied and also the most amazing wild horses to keep you entertained while camping.

Absolutely beautiful, if anyone tells you that you can swim here, dont listen because you will see that there is only 1 little stream to wash down in if camping for long periods BEWARE OF LEECHES. Other than that it's beautiful and can't wait to go 4WD again

Spectacular drive and scenery though need 4WD and patience as rough roads. Camped at Griffiths Creek. Large grassy area with ample spots for private camping. Wallabies and wild horses in the morning. Walked out from end of campsite section through a locked gate. This track goes past some old yards, and connects with the escarpment track

4wd track to aircraft crash site is a bit challenging. Outward bound is harder as it is cut up from wet. Good drive with other drivers. Road access to tops is steep and windy

An amazing place to visit and camp. Surreal environment with staggering views! We camped overnight at The Wall, visiting the wreckage of 'Beautiful Betty' and the Kroombit Tops lookout.A 4WD is highly recommended for the majority of the track, with The Wall and the wreckage being inaccessible by a 2WD.There's a couple Mobile Reception points marked out along the track - which all genuinely work - that can be used for emergency or social purposes.A fantastic trip, definitely worth it!
