I did not learn anything from Tracey and did not find her helpful or caring. Way overpriced.

I was blown away by Tracey's knowledge, understanding and ability to draw out of my past memories that had been completely blocked for many years, and to help me to deal with them compassionately and constructively. I attended a matrix reimprinting session with Tracey and was amazed at what I discovered about myself and how past events had affected the thoughts, beliefs, and decisions I had made in my adult life and how those decisions were continuing to affect my adult life in many ways. Once you realise this, you can change those thoughts and beliefs and change your life. Tracey made me realise that I had been limiting myself based on limiting ideas I had accepted as a child & continued to accept as an adult.

Tracey offered me, a complimentary EFT session via Zoom. I went into the session with an open mind to see if it would work to help me clear my fear of dogs.Tracey led me through a step-by-step process to explore deeper into why I had this fear which led me to discover other fears and challenges in my life. Tracey helped me to be aware of my fears, acknowledged it and consider how to get along with dogs in harmonious way into the future.I would recommend Tracey as an EFT Practitioner. Tracey was Kind, warm, empathetic, and professional, she has a genuine interest to understand and help people. I am especially amazed that she is so wise, intelligent, and yet, she is curious, and has a growing mindset. I felt so comfortable to speak with her, she spoke to my soul and I really appreciated my experience with Tracey.I had an extremely positive experience using EFT and would most definitely suggest my friends explore more about EFT.
