Uni-Drive Surf I Board Repair, Moses Product Online Sale

Paid extra $$ for the fast turn around service and was told to come back 2 days later. Drove 1.5 hours to pick them up but my boards weren't ready.The owner wasn't very happy when I said the extra charge should be taken off and was a bit rude. Only ended up get $30 off.He did drop off my boards the next day which was good, but there was no colour matching even though it is advertised and a dent that was mentioned on drop off was not even repaired.I've given 2 stars as the work that was done on 1of my boards was okay. I think the guy has a bit of a monopoly on repairs around Melbourne and can charge more for average work and poor service. There are plenty of repairers down the Coast that you may want to go to next time you head down for a surf. Obviously I won't be going back to Uni drive.

Brought my board in and was told it would be done by the end of the week, but wasn’t ready until about 2 weeks later. When the board was finally done, found that it hadn’t actually been fixed but was just patched up. When my boyfriend called to tell the guy that it wasn’t done properly he was extremely rude, yelling and swearing at him. If you want a good job done and to be treated with respect do not go here

Amazing service. Ben is definitely one of the honest and genuine people i have met, we recently bought a board that had caught sun damage, and he went out of his way to help us get it exchanged from the manufactures that denied any fault with the board. His service was brilliant. Highly recommend!!
