SCAMMED! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Kings Roof Top Tent Tourer that I purchased from 4WD Supacentre Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast on April 13th. The product is of very poor quality, and it does not match the description provided by the sales representative at the time of purchase.When I arrived at the store, the sales assistant assured me that the tent was suitable for my roof racks, but it turned out that it did not fit properly when I attempted to mount it. Furthermore, the sales representative failed to inform me that I could purchase the tent with other products to get a better price, and it was only after I discovered this information on the website that they offered me the discounted price.To make matters worse, when I tried to install the tent, I discovered that the pre-set holes were not symmetrical, with one measuring 21cm and the other measuring 18.5cm from the border of the board. This critical information was not mentioned in the manual, and I had to drill new holes to make the tent fit properly (by the recommendation of the manager and sales representative, when I came to return the tent the next day). If I had known about this issue, I would not have bought the tent in the first place.When I returned to the store, the next day, to request compensation for my troubles, the manager and other sales representatives informed me that they could not refund my money because the tent was not in its original packaging and that I should drill holes into the bottom of the floor board (telling me, its a normal practise and I was not informed about it in advance). This is an unfair policy, as I had no way of knowing about the pre-set hole issue before I opened the package. They did say that making the holes would not affect the warranty, but I am skeptical.To make matters even worse, when I finally set up the tent, I discovered that one of the straps inside the tent was broken. This is completely unacceptable, and it further demonstrates the poor quality of the product.I cannot recommend this shop to anyone, as they try to sell everything regardless of whether it is suitable for the customer's car or not. I would advise people to pay more money and go to a different shop, where they can get better customer service, a better return policy, and higher quality products.

Excellent prompt service. The salesman asked what we were after and then had everything loaded up on a trolley ready to go through the register for us

I was greeted and served by Harley, who was Happy, genuine and had great customer service skills and was very helpful and easy to approach. He was able to assist and help me with what I was searching for and even went the extra mile and provided us with a discount. Definitely will be going back in the near future and highly recommend seeking Harley for assistance.

Absolutely a nightmare to communicate with, 6 months dealing with the warranty claims side via email as no one speaks to you on the phone. Respond once a week if that to your emails. Good luck to anyone who has a warranty claim, still ongoing for us after 6mths.

Poor customer service. No understand or solution focused Purchased an item as a gift. Item unopened but as out of 30 day policy unable to have a store credit. Could understand if unpacked it. Will never shop at any of their stores again

Great for all things camping and 4WDing. Love the daily deals. Staff are very helpful and have a wealth of knowledge about the products they sell.I just wished they stocked Recovery Tracks. They have the bag for them, but no tracks.

I purchased the dual Titan Drawer set and Wing Kit a number of months ago and the pre drilled holes in the wings kit do not align (not even close) to the pre drilled holes in the wing kit. I have had to fit them in place with a single hole which means they keep falling out.The assistance they have provided has been woeful and still have only offered to provide a replacement for the wing kit without addressing the issue with the drawers which have been fitted in place already.
