Mid Coast Ford

Glad I don’t live in Taree. Broke down and had to get transmission replaced just before Christmas. No worry’s knew I’d have to wait a while so left it with them. Had to ring them for updates nothing from them actually ford Australia gave me updates. All good they replaced trans which I had organized with ford under goodwill. I flew down from Brisbane to Taree to pick up the Ute no worry’s drive home 900 kms in the dark. Next morning unpack the back of the Ute all bash plates are in the back of the Ute forgot to put them back on apparently. Rang and abused them they said can you put them on yourself I said are you serious? I took it to my local ford dealer they did it straight away and they shook their head. Taree offered a tank of fuel for the stuff up I’m still waiting for the money. Wouldn’t take my push bike to this dealership.

Where do I begin? Well initially the regular staff seemed to be helpful and polite but dealing with the owner Mario was a very unpleasant experience, his priority is clearly a quick dollar with no regard for respect or customer service. I was advised to drop off a vehicle as agreed for a fully funded repair by another for dealer but on the way home I contacted by a clearly aggravated Mario stating he did not want to touch it, he went into detail of internal politics and implying slanderous accusations about the other ford dealer all of which should not have been divulged to me, he then went on to say that the car should have been purchased though them (even though they could not supply one irrespective of price due to the rarity of the vehicle) through all aspects of his conversation he was very unprofessional and frankly down right rude, I understand you have been in business for 35 years but in this time I would have assumed you would have learned how to deal with customers correctly, but I assume that's what you pay your staff to do for you. Potential customers beware!

It is truly a miracle! My car was returned to me repaired even though I was told they couldn't find a fault and I had been told by a previous repairer there was a problem! Thank you for the wonderful staff, pickup/drop service - it is really appreciated.

On our trip from Brisbane to Sydney I accidentally put petrol in my diesel ranger. After having the car towed to Mid Coast, at 3 in the afternoon the team was really good in getting us back on the road. Within 2 hrs of my error we were on a way and made it safely to Sydney. A very friendly and professional team.

I had an issue with a new Mustang Mach 1 while travelling South from Kempsey. Called into the dealership at Taree and recieved exceptional service from the front desk through to a lady who I believe wS the service manager, down to the tech who fixed the problem, all done in 15 minutes.
