Highly recommend!!The team at Jigsaw Puzzles Australia were so helpful and accomodation!I asked them for a 1000 piece puzzle for my 1st anniversary and needed it quickly.. I wasn't sure with everything going on atm, but they assured me ill have it in time.They made and delivered to me is Syd within a week..We just finished the puzzle and it looks fantastic up in our loungeroom!Thank you!

worst service and attitude from the owner after promising to have the puzzles in by a certain date and no response for weeks i received an email a few days prior to when they were suppose to arrive saying they had no paper and it would arrive for another few weeks, I then received a call by the owner with horrific attitude and abusing me on the phone. Worst business and service i have ever received and i wouldn't advise anyone else to go here. I would give a zero star....

HI Sara, whilst the review above is saying they got an order in 2 days, is in fact not true at all to my experience, as we approach week 5 of waiting for orders. I have not had a reply for 8 days on what is happening with production, this just shows how busy they are. However communication in these times is key. We do need to understand they are doing the best they can given the current climate, it is very tough for everyone out there at the moment. Survival of production in Australia right now is tough, and that is what they are trying to achieve, if we don't support locally made it will cease to exist.We have had a sample of production, the quality was great and received in just over a week. If they had paper I am sure you would of had your order, just like us. They have had a few deliveries of paper and we were told our orders would be completed with this, but from what I have been told there is a back log of orders. I came onto google to try and get some answers to if people are experiencing the same problems perhaps. I can't give 5 stars because we still are unclear on orders... but I can give a star for the sample being made and sent and a star for Being Australia Made.

Took a while to get here (approx 2 months due to the pandemic) but all questions were answered truthfully and in an acceptable timeframe. Product quality is great!

Easily navigated website, that showed jigsaws that were unavailable straight up instead of some sites that only tell you unavailable when you go to pay.Large range of new and modern jigsaws.Choice is easy with filters for themes and number of pieces.While they may not be the cheapest jigsaws, Pay for what you get- the quality is evident.Smooth pieces, properly moulded, that don’t fall apart. Nice coating that’s splash proof.Excellent customer service- they rang me to check on my postcode, as I’d mistyped the wrong one.Quick delivery, 2-3 days for 1 jigsaw and remaining came in 5 days not including Easter.Highly recommended.
