Absolutely shocking customer service. Poor communication and customer commitment. I submitted a contract for review prior to commencing with conveyancing. I had to request for a meeting numerous times to talk through the outcome of the review. I received no responses. Would not recommend if you are looking for a reliable conveyancer who looks out for the customer.

Overall experience was ok, though we had bit of hiccups in the beginning and it was very difficult to get hold of the solicitor. Settlement experience with Vanessa Lee was great..she is very detailed and always available to answer all questions throughout the completion of the purchase.
