As a long time pet owner I have seen many different vets and this by far has been the best and is the only one I will take my precious babies to. They have supported me through the loss of my 20yr old cat and recently my 10yr old cat. Their prices are definitely better than surrounding vets, unlike other vets they put the health of the animal before money. They work with you to get the best outcome for your pet.

Called this morning as our little fur baby wasn't feeling too well, they fit her in within 45 minutes. The vet we had was absolutely lovely, so personable and friendly and so down to earth and accepting of any silly questions we may have had. Payment fees were very reasonable. I think we've found our new vet!

$2k for a clean and one tooth extraction.Worse was saying my dog had a grade 4 heart murmur only to seek another vets advice who claims there is no heart murmur at all!Most expensive and insincere vet I’ve taken my dog to.Owner smells like an ashtray.Thanks for your reply. Typically you cannot even address me by my correct title. I have never been Mrs Hearn.

Amazing service, over the Christmas break my 11 year old dogs health rapidly declined and I was unable to get into her usual vet clinic. The staff were so unbelievably kind and compassionate for an old dog they had never met before. The end of life care that was given was astonishing and I will always be grateful to them for how they handled such a heart wrenching difficult time for us. Thank you so much to all the team for working so hard over this busy period and still managing to provide such amazing care.

North Lakes Vets have cared for a number of my pets and always provide a very caring, friendly and professional service. Recently having to put my cat to sleep they were so empathetic and went out of their way to offer their support at a very difficult time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local vet in the area.

Amazing service, the vet was very informative and helped us save money but still gave my puppy everything he needed.The vet helped reduce our bill from $600 to $200.The vet really took into consideration of money struggles as well as making sure my puppy will get everything he needs.

Super friendly and very caring. Had about a 30 minute wait for the actual vet. quite a few really sick as priority so I was happy they were getting the help they needed, they took my puppy straight away for the vet nurse to assess. Once she was happy for the vet to see and there was no iminant urgency everything went great.
