Don’t bother booking an appointment, it is completely irrelevant even if you put a deposit down. When arrival staff did not mention any form of delay for my booking. After 15 minutes of waiting, i asked a male employee how much longer do i need to wait, his response was i don’t know then mentioned maybe another 30minutes. On top of that my sister also had an appointment 15 minutes after my booking and was told the same thing. Ive asked why couldn't anybody give us a call due to such a delay even when making an appointment? Or tell us on arrival? His response was I'm not the manager and shrugs his shoulders. Due to this we have decided to cancel both appointments due to poor management and RUDE staff who could not care less about their customers and their job at M nails N beauty..

I started getting pedicures at M Nails just after I moved to Runcorn a year ago, to test them out first. Always super impressed with the pedicures, they’re so thorough, don’t cut corners, massage is a dream & the polish is always painted on perfectly. They have an amazing range of colours & the nail art options are endless.I recently had my first experience with a manicure & a little bit of nail art & I walked out SO happy. My cuticles were so clean, polish was perfect & the nail art was spot on - good attention to detail. I can’t wait to try more designs in the future!Salon is also gorgeous, online booking system makes it very convenient. So happy I found M Nails!

I started coming here a while ago and it’s the best nail salon I have ever visited. I got a builder gel manicure recently and Lucia did an amazing job on them, they looked so clean and she was so thorough. Their attention to detail is incredible. Love visiting this salon :)

AH-MAZING. No, because I am from Sydney and came to Brisbane to visit my friend, my nails were so jacked up from Sydney because we have terrible salons. These guys did great, they were respectful, listened to you, and generous - also extremely gentle. My nails have never looks better, I would catch a flight from Sydney every fortnight just to do my nails here. Thank you guys, will be back again <3

I went to the store to have a look the jewelry for piercing. The staff touch my new piercing spots a few times which a little bit annoying. IMPORTANTLY, she asked the price for my nail arts and said THEY ARE POOR QUALITY!!! How can sales judge the client’s nails in such rude manner. So poor sales behavior and strategy! At beginning I was thinking to give it a try to the store. But now NO! Especially after I saw the staff’s nails which were uneven color and different length. The dirty and rustic samples board makes me bored too. THANK YOU!P.S：The manicure in the picture of mine is criticized for poor workmanship. I really wish their shop had better workmanship to show.

I walked past this place and after seeing their IG, decided to book an appt. Lucia did my nails and she was so gentle, friendly and had amazing attention to detail (and the salon was so clean!). She consistently made sure that I was comfortable and did my design request really well. It's very rare to come across a nail salon that doesn't rush through a service to get onto the next client. Their loyalty/rewards card is also great, an added incentive to keep coming back. I highly recommend!!

Lovely service. I got my eyebrow done a few times and also feel satisfied. Decent price for a superior quality. Will come back next time for a lash lift. Very recommended
