This must be the most incompetent organisation I have ever dealt with. Despite confirming a tax return was submitted the ato portal on mygov shows it had not been submitted. You cannot get hold of anyone. They do not respond to email and nobody answers the phone. Do NOT use them. Despite paying their fee they never did the job.
