Really great facility! Modern and new equipment that covers just about everything with plenty of racks, benches and free weights too. The space is bright and open with a nice little view of the open forestry area next to the shopping centre. It's also well laid out so you don't feel like you're in anyone's way when you're getting a work out done.I'll really miss this gym when I'm back home at my regular AF, fantastic job with this space!

Awesome gym, has all the equipment you need to start your fitness journey and/or progress yourself above and beyond your own expectations. Has all the support you could want from Steve the manager at the desk and the PTs that are more than happy to help.

Finally, a great gym in Mittagong! The club looks modern and clean, plenty of power racks, plenty of parking, and Steve the manager is always friendly and helpful!
