I purchased an LED FACEMASK from this company a year ago. Within 6 or so uses the product failed. I sent several emails to the company advising them and heard nothing for some time, I finally got a response requesting a video to confirm the item wasn't working and heard NOTHING. The product is flimsy, not worth the money. Underwhelmed re quality of service and they haven't fulfilled their warranty claim at all. I am now making a formal complaint to consumer affairs. I woukd not purchase from this company. Very, very disappointing.

Poor customer service.They will not refund despite the guaranteed 30 day refund. The product I purchased did not work at all. Bad quality. I think they make up the reviews on their website, beware.

Very poor service. I order product last month and still didn’t received and company told due to COVID and its more than a month. Still waiting. We send email as well and they reply late as well. Even I received parcel from overseas with in 2 week.

I bought LED face mask that completely didn't work. Tried everything including plugging in to different outlets. The instructions are hardly legible. When we complained they simply sent another one that has the exact same issue. Now im stuck with two units that don't work and they will not respond. They made sure to not respond within the 30 days so that I can't get my money back. A complete scam

I ordered two products and after 2 weeks when I called them, was told only half of my order has been dispatched and the other half has not even been processed. The website says next day dispatch. On top of that the customer service lady was arguing with me that the delay is because I ordered at 2pm and not before 11am????? Very very poor service. Had to cancel my order after all this.
