I have found the administration function fantastic.At first it was hard to navigate, but I did get great support from the case manager and all the team at Xplor.The sign in and out via the QR code is great and easy for families.Really need to be able to have Educators on the roll for emergencies and who is the certified supervisor on duty.

Hopeless experience in moving centre. Cannot use same email address so using different email address. Now cannot use same phone number? Great. Ask previous centre to delete previous account. Done. Still not able to access. Surely it shouldn't be this hard.

Most frustrating site I have ever used, firstly, when you change daycares, you have to create another email address as it will not allow you to use the same email address twice, secondly, have been logged out, cannot log back in, been trying for over an hour, have reset password, tells me it is accepted, go to log in, says password is incorrect, no number to call, chat only available 12th in que.Just a freakin joke

No one picks up the phone. I’ve called 4 times and waited. NOTHING, on top of that they haven’t responded to my email in 5 days. Do people work here orrrr? I’m trying to get my child booked into childcare. Please help!!!

After requesting a quotation in a private school, I have been receiving $0.00 invoices consistently every week.I have tried to contact this place and the school, and none of them seem to be interested in following my request to delete me from their database.Is this a scam?

To all the parents leaving negative reviews, if you set it up properly in the first place you wouldn't have a problem. I have a 150 place centre with over 275 /300 families using the app. Parents that had a problem were the ones that did not follow the instructions to set up.And support has set them up within a day.The programme has made administration a breeze. Easy and fast communication with parents. Direct debit amazing. And best of all support.. They definitely know their stuff. Wish I started this years ago.Being in field for 30yrs and not too computer savvy, it has being a joy to use.

Coming from Qikkids to Xplor was the best thing we have done for our service. The platform is very easy to use, it is live and it saves me so much time. The onboarding support and training was and is 5 star. The patience and care they displayed made the journey so simple. I feel like a pro now. The program itself is easy to navigate but you get conflicting data on different reports. Support is terrible, they do not respond to emails and then when you ring they can not answer your query. Still waiting after 3 emails and 2 phone calls
